Doughnuts with Dad
Last week was Jake's official first Doughnuts with Dad morning at school with Abby Jane! She was fit to be tied.
The kids had made ties for the dads to wear when they arrived. Jake also had this card waiting for him.
The dad sitting next to Jake was apparently only 5 or 6 years old, and his favorite thing to do was to "drive his police car around", which was particularly funny since he wasn't a police officer. We were pretty impressed with Abby Jane's accuracy.. And she only missed his age by 10 years! They made me a beautiful Valentine together, and all in all had a great morning.

Very clever! I think we may have to pick up your school's idea and do something similar around Father's Day at home!
